We will gladly refund you if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 business days of receipt of your product. We know that bacterial contamination can start right away once product is opened. In order to avoid any contamination, we take it very seriously that any product that is returned for an exchange is not used more than 10%. Thank you for understanding!
